Foundational Approach to Growth & Change (My Why)
Marcus Feldman has been a therapist for nine years, and he still approaches every first session with genuine curiosity about who is sitting across from him. He specializes in anxiety, major life transitions, and questions of identity — particularly for people navigating the gap between the life they planned and the one they are actually living.
A significant part of Marcus's practice is working with men who are coming to therapy for the first time. He understands that asking for help can feel unfamiliar, and he works hard to create a space where directness and vulnerability are both welcome. He often says: 'You don't have to have it figured out before you show up. That's what we're here for.'
Marcus draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He is fully telehealth-based and sees clients across multiple states.
Outside of his clinical work, Marcus volunteers with a community program supporting first-generation college students navigating identity and belonging. He is also conversational in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking clients.
